VIP lounges service

RUE «Airport Minsk-1» has 2 VIP-lounges. The VIP-lounges are situated on the right side wing of the airport Terminal and have separate entrance. Free of charge car parking.

The procedure of the departure of passengers of VIP-lounge:
It’s necessary for a client (passenger) to arrive at the airport 1 hour before a flight. The check-in finishes 30-40 minutes before the departure. On passenger’s arrival to the  VIP-lounge the agent of the airport takes the passenger’s luggage, ticket and passport and do the check-in. The passenger wait for the boarding announcement in  VIP-lounge. By request he/she can use the meeting room, also he/she can make an order at the bar where he/she pays in bielorussian rubles. Credit cards are not accepted here. For every passenger there is an attendant. 20 minutes before the boarding time the attendant announces the information on the flight. The agent of VIP-lounge accompanies the passenger to the aircraft.
The procedure of arrival to the VIP-lounge:
The agent meets a passenger at the aircraft. She uses a nameplate or a tablet with the name of his/her company. A meeting person can be accompanied by an agent on the airfield only with a special permission. Baggage tags are taken by the agent if a passenger has any luggage. When all the passengers of    VIP-lounge are gathered together the agent takes them to the hall. The passenger’s baggage is delivered to car and the cost of the service is the part of the   VIP-lounge service.

Other services

The “Airport Minsk-1” offers it’s area for cultural events, videorecording, advertising actions and rent (lease) building spaces (manufacturing facilities).
